I Lost 9.3 Inches My First 33 Days

Yes, I really did!
I'm so excited because I TRULY did not expect such results so quickly!
This is what I did:

  1. I followed the 1700 calorie Power Vegetarian Meal Plan
  2. Drank 1 serving of Chocolate Shakeology daily
  3. Did the Free Download of Pay It Forward with Tony Horton and Brian Day (not even every day) 
I did add an extra ounce of cheese once in awhile, depending on how my blood sugar was. How I was feeling really did determine how much I did.  There were also a few times I added a tablespoon or two of peanut butter to the Shakeology if I was really going down after doing the dvd.  Some days there was so much food I couldn't eat it all so I'd save the 8 oz. glass of milk and made my Shakeology with that, added the banana and peanut butter and I was in Heaven. Some days I do change the order of the meals and snacks because I do need the bulk of my protein in the morning for breakfast.
Remember, I didn't do the dvd every day. In fact, I took a break due to health reasons and STILL lost a total of 9.3 inches!
I didn't even follow the plan to the letter and I still lost inches. I'm excited and I believe this will work for anyone who does it.
As my Coach, Bill Kaiser said, "It's 70% nutrition and 30% exercise"
Eating healthy is the most important thing we can do for ourselves. I'm actually eating MORE each day than I did for years and the weight is coming off.
Shakeology is working for me and giving me the nutrition in one meal that I couldn't get if I ate an entire day's worth of food. I was depleted for so long, my body soaks it up like a sponge and it's changing my life.
