Wow! After quite a busy few months, I'm back to posting.
The best news is that I found a wonderful location for the first-ever First Step Fit Club in Rhode Island...maybe anywhere!
It's at a wonderful wellness center called Positive New Beginnings on Broadway in East Providence, Rhode Island. We've had six very successful sessions. New people are coming from around Rhode Island and regulars are coming back weekly.
People are LOVING the Shakeology samples - it's a nice treat after the workout and customers who've purchased it are feeling FANTASTIC on it.

Some exciting new products have been launched. During these last several weeks, another Vegan Shakeology has been introduced-
nutrient-rich and Vegan Chocolate Shakeology is delicious- I've been drinking it this last month and it's a perfect way to stay healthy and animal-friendly at the same time!
Also new to the scene is Beachbody's breakthrough Anti-Aging System, Derm Exclusive. Watch the video as actress and mother, Minnie Driver explains how she uses Derm Exclusive and how it works for her. I CAN'T WAIT TO TRY IT! :)
That's it for news. I'm scouting another location for First Step Fit Club and will be starting one for kids after-school, from ages 5-12, so keep an eye out for more info.
