I injured my ribs a few days ago and have lots of time to think about Team Beachbody and I'm just so happy it really is the complete package- everything I need to succeed with my health and fitness goals but also my business goals.
Everything is provided for me. As a Team Member I get a meal planner which I use every day- I never realized I wasn't eating ENOUGH food to lose weight, never mind be healthy! I get to participate in the Supergym, which makes me accountable to my team...I love the message boards, where we can uplift each other and find out answers to questions I have. I get to actually CHAT with Celebrity Trainers- when would I EVER have an opportunity like THAT without traveling too far and paying lots of money? I have so many different exercise programs to choose from- plus Shakeology- If I don't succeed in achieving my goals, it will be my own fault!
